555k Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 555k and every user who accesses, uses, or registers on the platform available at 555k.life ("Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any 555k service, you confirm that you have read this document in full and agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform. 555k reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect on the date of publication and will be communicated by email and/or notification on the Platform. Continued use of 555k after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated conditions.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each sport available on the Platform.

Use of 555k is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years old of age on the date of registration.
• Be a legal resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF.
• Full legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not be prohibited from using betting or casino platforms by any judicial or administrative order.
• Not be an employee, service provider, partner, or immediate family member of a 555k staff member.

555k follows identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations. Documents such as a government-issued ID (RG), CPF, proof of address, and a selfie with your ID may be required to process withdrawals or in cases of unusual account activity.

Each user may hold one active account only at 555k. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, documents, or bank details is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all identified accounts, with balances obtained through irregular use being withheld.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify 555k support via live chat or at contato@555k.life. 555k is not liable for losses resulting from the voluntary or involuntary sharing of access credentials.

Users must keep their registration details up to date. Outdated or incorrect information may result in withdrawals being held until the issue is resolved. 555k may request updated information at any time as part of the Platform's security procedures.

555k accepts deposits exclusively through the following Brazilian payment methods:

• Pix — instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Minimum deposit: R$ 10,00.
• Bank slip — processed within up to 3 business days after payment.
• Credit card — from major card networks, subject to anti-fraud review.
• Debit card — credited within 1 hour of confirmation.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — credited within up to 30 minutes.
• TED Transfer — accepts transfers from Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions. Funds clear within 1 business day.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in the name of the 555k account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to their source, which may result in a temporary account block pending investigation.

555k reserves the right to decline deposits or request additional information about the source of funds, in accordance with Brazil's anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9,613/1998 and supplementary BACEN rules).

Withdrawals at 555k are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20,00. The standard processing time is up to 5 (five) minutes after the request, on any day of the week, including weekends and national holidays. In cases requiring additional identity verification (KYC), processing may take up to 24 business hours.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) completed and approved.
• Available balance (excludes bonus balance not yet released pending rollover).
• No open bets that would affect the total requested balance.
• Compliance with the withdrawal limits established for the user's VIP Program level.

555k offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores da América, and other domestic and international competitions), MMA and UFC, E-sports, NBB basketball, volleyball, and many other sports. The minimum bet per event is R$ 1.00.

General rules applicable to all Sports Betting at 555k:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be cancelled by the user, unless the cashout feature is available for the event in question.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed to a date later than originally scheduled, all bets will be fully refunded to the account balance. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is removed from the ticket and the accumulator remains valid with the remaining selections.
• 555k reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or void bets in the event of obvious technical errors, clearly incorrect odds, or suspected match manipulation.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to real-time data delays. 555k is not liable for bets placed based on outdated information during live streams.

The maximum winnings limit per single bet is R$ 500.000,00 per event. For accumulator bets, the maximum return limit is R$ 1.000.000,00 per ticket, regardless of the number of selections.

The 555k casino section includes Slots, crash games, Live Casino with real dealers, poker (Texas Hold'em, Omaha PLO, MTT tournaments, and Sit & Go), and other table games. All games available on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live tables, supervised human dealers.

The user acknowledges that casino games involve an inherent element of chance and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes. 555k does not guarantee any positive result to the user in any of the available games.

The minimum bet on slots and crash games is R$ 0,20. The minimum bet at live tables is R$ 5,00. Maximum limits vary by game and are displayed before each session begins.

If a technical failure occurs during a game session (connection drop, server error), 555k will restore the game to the state it was in before the failure whenever technically possible. If restoration is not possible, the amount wagered will be returned to the user's balance.

555k periodically offers bonuses and promotions to its users. Each bonus or promotion has specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus can be redeemed only once per user (defined by CPF, IP address, device, or bank account).
• Bonus balance is subject to rollover requirements (minimum wagering). The standard rollover is 10x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bets on certain markets (such as live bets with odds below 1.50) may not count toward the rollover. Specific restrictions are detailed in each offer.
• Bonuses have an expiration date. Any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed from the account once the deadline passes.
• 555k reserves the right to remove bonuses from accounts where abuse of promotional conditions is identified.

Poker freerolls are offered at no entry cost, and any prizes won become available as withdrawable balance immediately after the tournament ends, with no rollover requirement unless expressly stated in the promotion's terms.

The 555k VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression between tiers is automatic and based on the accumulation of VIP points earned through bets placed on the Platform. Benefits include weekly real-money cashback, higher withdrawal limits, and — at the Platinum and Diamond tiers — a dedicated account manager.

Cashback is credited every Monday, based on net losses from the previous week (Monday through Sunday). Cashback percentages by level are:

• Bronze: 3% weekly cashback
• Silver: 5% weekly cashback
• Gold: 8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: 12% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 15% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is credited as withdrawable balance with no rollover requirement. 555k reserves the right to adjust percentages, progression criteria, and other VIP Program benefits, with prior notice sent to affected users via their registered email.

555k believes that healthy entertainment requires control, and offers the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss limit: set a maximum net loss amount per period. Once the limit is reached, new deposits are automatically blocked until the period resets.
• Voluntary break: suspend account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. The pause takes effect immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: permanently close access to the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and may be made permanent at the user's request.

No personal or financial data is shared with third parties without the account holder's express consent, except when required by court order or by a competent regulatory authority.

• Access and portability of stored personal data.
• Correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
• Deletion of unnecessary personal data, except where retention is required by a legal obligation.
• Withdrawal of consent for the processing of non-essential data.

555k reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information during registration or identity verification.
• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) under the same holder or using related personal details.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal activities.
• Abusing bonus or promotional systems in ways not covered by the applicable rules.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward 555k's support team.
• Detection of automated tools (bots) or cheating software at poker tables or in other games.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 555k may withhold balances derived from bonuses or prizes obtained irregularly. Balances from the user's own deposits (not originating from bonuses) will be returned after review and completed identity verification.

555k employs all reasonable technical resources to ensure Platform availability and stability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. 555k is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the user's own internet connection failures.
• Betting decisions made based on information from third parties unaffiliated with 555k.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the account holder sharing their own credentials.
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses of any kind.

555k's maximum total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time the claim arises.

555k may review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are communicated by email to the address registered on the account at least 7 (seven) days before taking effect, except when immediate application is required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. We recommend that users revisit this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must notify support to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from this instrument, the courts of the district of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the exclusive venue, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
